Roger delivers nearly 30 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications and related technology. Most recently, Roger personally managed all telecommunications services for the Chicago Public Schools, a 680-schools network with more than 17,000 lines .

Thomas brings a great deal of experience from his work as President and CEO of the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), a communications and technology-dependent enterprise.
