Thomas M. Hamilton is a Partner with the national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. He joined the firm in 1970 and has 35 years of experience before the Chancery Courts of state and federal jurisdiction. He has published numerous articles and lectures frequently on declaratory judgment litigation and equitable remedies. Mr. Hamilton serves as general counsel for two nationally recognized business ventures, and he currently serves as a director for both profit and non-profit corporations. Mr. Hamilton is co-chair of Hinshaw's national Insurance Services Specialty Group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. He has also served on the faculty of the Insurance School of Chicago and currently serves on the Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Hamilton is admitted to practice in Illinois and Indiana. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and Indiana Bar Association.
