John P. Hyland has a broad banking experience and expertise. Since 1985, he has served as President/CEO and Director of five financial institutions: Security Federal Bancorp, Security Federal Bank and Trust, Security Federal Bank, Southwest Financial Corporation, Southwest Financial Bank and Trust-Chicago, IL, Southwest Financial Bank and Trust of Orland Park, Southwest Financial Bank of New Lenox. Mr. Hyland is very active in his community having served on the St. Xavier University Advisory Committee, Little Company of Mary Hospital Expansion Committee, Moraine Valley Community College Board of Trustees and as a member of various Chambers of Commerce.
